Paul Robin Krugman (* 28. február 1953, Albany, New York) je americký ekonóm, držiteľ Nobelovej ceny za ekonómiu za rok 2008.

Posobí ako profesor ekonómie a medzinárodných vzťahov na Princeton University, pravidlelne publikuje svoj stĺpky v denníku The New York Times.

Nobelovu cenu za ekonómiu získal za „analýzu obchodných vzorcov a lokalizacie ekonomickej aktivity“.
