– The current title suggests this is just for Argyll, rather than for Argyll and Bute. When I created User:Crouch, Swale/Small Isles, Argyll and Bute based on another article I had to check that the stub was correct. For Perth and Kinross there is {{PerthKinross-geo-stub}} so the proposed target is consistent with that. {{Newfoundland-geo-stub}} should also be moved for the same reason but there isn't a similar one to base the target on so I'll just use the Perth and Kinross example.
