@HurricaneGeek: Effects of Hurricane Zeta in Maryland probably would not meet the requirements for an article – as a storm would typically have to have caused $4-5 billion in damage and/or 10 deaths in a certain location – which Hurricane Zeta just doesn't meet in Maryland. Also, not that many reliable sources say much about the impacts in Maryland, so it might be difficult to make a good article with enough information. Also, given how short the main article is, especially the Maryland parts, there doesn't seem to be a need for it – usually we create a separate impacts article when too much information in a section is overflowing the article, and at that point we would create another article. So overall, I don't really think we need that article; maybe one about the effects in Louisiana, but even then that might not meet the requirements. @HurricaneGeek: If you want lowercase sigmabot III to automatically archive your talk page, see User:Lowercase sigmabot III/Archive HowTo for more information. If you want to manually archive, such as me and Hurricanehink have done, create User talk:HerricaneGeek/Archive 1, and copy and paste. I've seen a few of your userspace drafts come through a pseduo-maintenance list that I monitor as of late. You might find WP:DUD of interest; e.g. the only function having an unsubmitted {{AFC submission}} (which you're free to remove at any time of your own volition) on User:Cyclone Toby/Hurricanes in the Windward Islands serves is to allow your draft to be deleted if you do not finish it after an arbitrary period of time.
