Zerfe Wondemagegn (born 26 October 2002) is an Ethiopian athlete.^[1] She competed in the women's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2019 World Athletics Championships.^[2] She competed in the women's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.^[3]

In October 2023, the Athletics Integrity Unit provisionally suspended Wondemagegn due to the presence of EPO in a sample taken from the athlete. In November 2023 a further prohibited substance was found, testosterone, leading to a further concurrent suspension.^[4] On April 19, 2024, the AIU officially issued a ban of five years beginning October 20, 2023 and stripped all of her results since August 22, 2023.^[5]
